Friday May 17th: Drive to Ljubljana PII - The Back Road

Today was a surprise drive. Left Rovinj aiming for back roads and ended up on a gravel logging road to a remote castle. Spotted deer and a brown bear with her cubs (no pics, unfortunately)! Explored the rural Southern Slovenia countryside where the scenery was picturesque, reminding us of BC and Pemberton farmlands, minus Mt. Currie.
