Our ocean-front room in Split was perfect for our first nights of rejuvenation after the flight. Floor-to-ceiling nano doors opened out to the harbor, making it the perfect spot to watch the morning shenanigans and enjoy our coffee.
We started the day with another lovely breakfast, a treat since our meals were covered, then hopped on the ferry to Hvar, a one-hour ride. The port was quaint and very clean. We decided to hike up to the fort for some great views and a bit of history. Afterward, we headed down to the shoreline and found a beach club called Hula Hula. We settled into chairs, had mimosas, and went for a swim. The water was chilly but incredibly clean and clear.
We spent a few hours lounging in the sun before walking back to town along the boardwalk. We found a grotto restaurant and enjoyed some delicious seafood. The islands here would be amazing to cruise around, and we saw many luxury yachts.
After chilling at home for a bit, we went out for dinner.
